Kathleen Walsh Dulko brings nearly two decades of accounting experience to her investment advisory perspective as President of Ashford Investment Advisors. She has a distinct passion for improving employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Ms. Dulko started her financial services career as a CPA working for two international accounting firms, KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. She was responsible for audit and assurance services, primarily serving employee retirement benefit plans, hospitals, governments, and not-for-profits. In 2010, Ms. Dulko was hired as the Corporate Controller for a tax-supported hospital district in Daytona Beach, Florida, where she was a member of the hospital’s Audit and Finance Committee and Retirement Plan Committee, both fiduciary roles overseeing more than $1 billion in assets. As President of Ashford Investment Advisors, Ms. Dulko advises on over $6 billion in retirement plan assets.

In addition to her CPA license, Ms. Dulko is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and holds a FINRA Series 65 license. 

Mike Walsh

Mike Walsh, founder of Ashford has over forty years in the financial services industry, including significant experience at a major Wall Street investment bank. He was formerly the President of a Wall Street Brokerage Firm and a Member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the largest exchange in the world. Mr. Walsh has earned distinction and an excellent reputation for his role in managing and advising on investment portfolios for individual investors and institutional portfolios.

Mr. Walsh also holds a FINRA Series 63 license.

Tom McGuire

Tom McGuire is an Attorney, Registered Investment Advisor and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). Mr. McGuire’s specific focus and expertise is in the Defined Contribution and asset allocation segments. Tom has been advising clients for over twenty years, and has special expertise in working with not-for-profit organizations and health care organizations.
